Our staff are the lifeblood of what we’re trying to achieve, so we only want the best. The roles in most centres will be Centre Manager (CM) and Client Services Assistant (CSA). The CM needs to be a complete all- rounder, with strong sales, operations, management and interpersonal skills. Whilst not exclusively, we tend to look for a background within the serviced office sector. If you like to be spoon fed, this is not the role for you. We give autonomy and want you to tell us what’s required to make the centre a success, not the other way around.
Our CSAs are the day to day face of Fig. Whether it be meeting and greeting, taking calls or showing potential clients around, our CSAs won’t be desk bound and certainly won’t be struggling for things to do. We ask a lot from our CSAs, and get them involved in all aspects of the business. We believe in organic growth, and want to promote from within, so there are no limits to where you can go within the company.
