Our Fig Centre managers not only have the experience to provide you with a serviced office that suits your needs, but they have the natural ability to make the most of a situation, going above and beyond to deliver to their clients.
Here, we sit down with Jo from Fig Offices Gloucester to learn a little bit more about how she got here and her thoughts on Fig.
What does your career look like before becoming a Centre Manager for Fig Offices?
I have worked in the service industry for over 12 years. Starting in Cardiff with City Executive Centres and moving to London to work in the Mayfair and Brighton. I did take some time out from the Service Industry to run a Cocktail Bar in Cardiff.
When I returned to Service Offices I opened a centre in Bristol and successfully was recognised with the BCA for new Centre Opening at the BCA awards.
I then took some time out to have my son and felt the time was right for me and lucky enough FIG was right there and not looked back.
What is it you like most about Fig and what they provide for businesses?
I love the autonomy we have as Centre Managers and each Centre is built on the team and our personalities, making each one different to the next. Community Feel.
I believe we offer the best service and customer experience to clients in house or potential clients coming to view the centre.
